Homework
Your child will receive homework on a weekly basis in their homework book.
In addition to the set weekly homework, please ensure that your child also:
- reads to an adult or older child several times a week. An adult should sign the reading record weekly
- learns their spellings
- completes their Daily Dash maths questions on a daily basis. It should take no longer than 2 minutes!
- log in to Numbots & Times Table Rockstars several times (if this is not possible, children should learn their times tables with an adult focusing on 2, 5, 10 and 3 times times and addtion and subtraction facts within 20)
We look forward to seeing the children's work.
- Spellings = Friday
New spelling list will be given out on Friday and tested on the following Friday.
- Reading books handed in on a Thursday
- New reading books given out on a Friday.
- Homework will be given out on Friday and returned the following Friday.
- Daily dash to be completed on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday.
